Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Healer.

Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thehealerherbs@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
