Every order is handcrafted and carefully packaged on my Alabama homestead with quality and attention to detail.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Because many products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Healer is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and its contents so we can assist you.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first. We will gladly help in any way we can.
